INSIDE SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

We are seeing a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Account Executive to join our sales team. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, driving sales and revenue growth, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries and generate outbound sales calls to potential customers.
• Building and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers
• Accurately maintain customer data and sales activity records in our CRM system (NetSuite)
• Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, cross-selling, and up-selling to existing customers.
• Manage customer inquiries and concerns, providing prompt and accurate responses.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall success.
• Keep updated on industry trends and developments in heavy equipment.

Skills & Abilities

• 3+ years’ experience in inside sales or a related field.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using a CRM system (NetSuite)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Strong understanding of the sales process with a results-driven mindset
• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
